A: I have been working for Hacienda AltaGracia for 2 years, since November 2021.
Q: What is the best time to visit Hacienda AltaGracia?
A: The peak season at Hacienda AltaGracia is from January to March, with shoulder seasons occurring during all other months. It's worth noting that the resort is closed during the "greenest" season, which is from September 18th to October 31st. However, there is never a bad time to visit our exquisite property.
Q: How long is the suggested length of stay at Hacienda AltaGracia?
A: We recommend a minimum stay of 5 nights, and to make your experience even more enticing, we offer every 4th night free!
Q: Is it difficult to get to Hacienda AltaGracia from the US?
A: Not at all! Contrary to popular belief, getting to Hacienda AltaGracia from the US is a breeze. Upon landing at San Jose airport, you will receive a VIP escort off the plane and into a private customs lounge. While an airport concierge collects your luggage, you can enjoy an Imperial beer and a snack. After just 25 minutes, you'll be aboard your private charter, embarking on a beautiful scenic flight. You'll arrive directly at our resort 25 minutes later. Once you arrive, you'll receive a warm welcome from your butler and the General Manager of the resort, followed by a private check-in process that takes 10 minutes. In total, it only takes approximately 60 minutes from landing to being in your room, and that includes an "excursion"!
